The Challenge

In 2015, Women's Healthcare Associates (WHA) was looking to differentiate itself from their competitors in the wake of a new healthcare landscape.

The Insight

WHA was guilty of poor brand bedside manner. In an effort to emulate the larger comprehensive health care providers they had missed an opportunity to brand themselves as an advocate for women of every stripe. 

The Concept

Grady Britton used these insights to update WHA's branding, digital presence, and launched the "Journey Well" ad campaign. That work would go on to earn Best in Show at the 2018 AMA Max Awards.
